Our deliverables were to manage the pilot of a Windows 2000 rollout within all client sites, totaling to 7000-targeted users. We managed 7 work streams totalling a team of 20. The Programme deliverables were:

• 1 Club build for the workstations, including Digital Dashboard Video conferencing Document Management

• Automated migration scheduler Domain Infrastructure Exchange 2000 Infrastructure, including e-mail attachment stripper

• Active Directory Infrastructure

• Online Web based training package

• Produce a Rollout proposal for the Client Build to 22,000 users

Rollout of Citrix

Our deliverable was to manage the rollout of Citrix Servers to all of the clients Call Centers. The Project scope covered access to all client facing data-stores and internal HR and Financial systems (SAP and Oracle). This project played a major part in providing a tactical integration of disparate parts of the clients national estate.

Rollout of Documentation and Knowledge Management systems

The main deliverable of this project was to deliver a Intranet Centric Document Management System to the client. The work included from constructing the user requirements to implementing and managing change control. The application was put into a pilot with 2000 users, during which the initial application went through constant change control and prototyping. Our handover to the client was a workable implementation that would be ready for group-wide roll out and included training and all documentation for production handover. We led a testing team that tested this application on SAN technology – looking at alternatives to server storage.
